Nag-free Quicktime

I finally figured out how to get rid of that annoying “Upgrade [Now] [Later]” nag screen you get when you run Quicktime. This has been tested on both Windows and OS X.
  1. Change your system time to a few years in the future
  2. Run Quicktime and click [Later]. Close Quicktime
  3. Set your time back to the correct year

Abracadabra! No more nag screen! I’ll next see mine some time in 2010.
