I am now 100% out of debt. I have no outstanding credit card balances, no car payments, and I just mailed a check for the remaining balance of my student loan this morning. I don’t mean to sound too cliche, but it really does feel like a weight has been lifted of my shoulders. And now I can, with a clear conscience, start saving a down payment for the new car I plan to buy in a couple months and start the whole thing over again.
It looks like we’re going to Broken Heather’s party tonight. This is good, parties are always more fun than clubs.
