The world where each member of the Norwegian parliament gets one nomination for the Nobel Peace prize. I thought a prominent libertarian getting a nomination each year was quite a bit cooler before I found out how nominations happen.
So, what did you expect? I kind of wonder just how off the wall the nominations get.
