Tickets went on sale this morning. I bought ours for Saturday night. I came very close to going to both shows, but in the end decided to stick with one. There has been talk of an LA appearance but nothing has been announced yet. If there is one, I’ll probably drive down for it.

Looking over the Great American Music Hall’s calendar, I see Merzbow is performing on September 2. I’m not a big Merzbow fan but I bet it will be a really interesting show. I’m thinking about going to this one too.

Yay! I just bought mine for Saturday too.
Still thinking about Friday, but I probably won’t buy both nights. But it is tempting.

One of my reasons for not going both nights is that there are sure to be people in from out of town (you, for one) who I’ll want to hang out with. Having one evening that weekend free means we can do other stuff as well as just going to a show or two.
