I just had the most unbelievable e-mail exchange with someone in the NOC at the data center facility we use. One of our co-location clients had a server crash and it needed to be rebooted. I e-mailed the NOC at the data center and the following e-mails resulted. To clarify what’s going on here, I mistakenly gave him the wrong cabinet number at the beginning and it was all downhill from there.

Unfortunately, there is no server with the name Mea culpa in RR 405.22. I have also double check in cabinet RR 405.21. There are 2 servers not labelled in RR 405.22. One is a Compaq Proliant 1850R and the other is Aur Rean APS 300 (the Compaq has OpenBSD and the Aur Rean has Red Hat OS ). Could one of these servers be Mea culpa? Please advice.
Brilliant, keep up the good work.
