Factory Place

While I was down in LA last month, I stopped by Nathan’s place to talk about some work we’re doing together and finally got to see his new loft apartment. He lives in the industrial district of downtown LA, on Factory Place, no less. The building used to be a fish packing plant but luckily no longer smells like one.
