Last month we did classics. Starting out with the Waldorf, a rye-based Manhattan variant, and moving on to the Sazerac, which was first made around the 1860s. We wrapped up the month warming up with Irish Coffee.
I spotted a car belonging to Drink, a cocktail catering service in San Francisco, and discovered that BevMo is finally carrying my favorite vodka, Youri Dolgoruki. I also ordered some infused simple syrups so I don’t have to drink HFCS-laden grenadine anymore.
